1. General Provisions and Eligibility

ok8008 ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online entertainment and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and ok8008.

3. Age Restrictions

ok8008 is strictly for persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is completely prohibited.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If age verification reveals that a user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned, and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ok8008 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), applicable for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Transactions made through third parties are not accepted and may be forfeited.
• After a successful transaction, funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
• ok8008 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals during an investigation into fraud or suspicious activity.
• If additional verification is required, the withdrawal may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Fees

ok8008 generally does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may separately charge transaction fees, which are the user's own responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ok8008 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, it becomes eligible for withdrawal after ৳15,000 in wagers have been placed.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The original deposit cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering is complete.
• ok8008 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
• The validity period of a bonus is stated separately for each offer.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP and Cashback Program

ok8008 has three VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Your level is upgraded based on your activity and contribution. Cashback is provided according to the terms of each level.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or betting market are displayed separately. ok8008 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through certified random number generator (RNG) technology or via live dealers. Regular third-party audits are conducted to ensure fair play on the platform.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a server error, disconnection, or software issue, ok8008 will generally attempt to refund the wager amount. However, the final decision in the case of a technical error is at ok8008's sole discretion.

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed before a match begins generally apply to the designated outcome.
• In live betting, odds may change at any moment.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments are determined based on official results from the International Cricket Council (ICC).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ok8008:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Placing artificial bets or abusing the bonus system to exploit it.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another person's account or theft of their information.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using automated bots or software to operate games.
• Using a third party's account or identity to access services.
• Harassing, threatening, or misconduct toward other users.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 ok8008's Rights

ok8008 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• When an investigation into fraud or suspicious activity is required.
• If evidence of incomplete or false information is found.
• For security or legal reasons.

8.2 User Rights

Any user may close their own account. If all bonus wagering has not been completed before account closure, the bonus will be cancelled, but the original deposit and legitimate winnings will be returned.
